General information only
The guides, articles and answers on this Site are general information for homeowners and businesses in Frederick County. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician.
Responsibility for the work performed
Winchester Pest & Termite Control is a call-handling and scheduling service. It does not itself inspect buildings, apply pesticides or prepare wood-destroying insect reports. Those services are performed by an independent local pest and termite company (referred to here as the "partner"), ordinarily the company technician nearest to the property and free at the time of the request.
For Virginia properties, the partner holds a pesticide business license issued by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Office of Pesticide Services, and its applicators are certified commercial applicators or registered technicians. For West Virginia properties, licensing and applicator certification are governed by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture. Winchester Pest & Termite Control and this website do not hold those credentials and make no claim to them.
The partner is solely accountable for its inspection findings, the price it sets on site, the materials it chooses and applies, and the report it writes. Its license number is yours for the asking: raise it by phone at (855) 974-4733, or ask the technician who reaches out to arrange service. The number does not appear on this website, a choice made to respect the partner's privacy, and any number you are given may be checked with the issuing agency before treatment starts.
Call and request the license number (855) 974-4733

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety and product labels
Pest control products must be used exactly as their labels direct; the label is the law. Do not mix products, apply restricted-use pesticides yourself or treat areas a label does not allow. Keep children and pets away from treated areas for as long as the technician advises.
Regulations
Structural pest control in Virginia is regulated by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Office of Pesticide Services (and, across the state line, the West Virginia Department of Agriculture Pesticide Regulatory Programs for West Virginia jobs). Rules and product approvals change; information on this Site is a summary, not legal or regulatory advice.
