Pest Control
Seasonal pest control for Valley homes: ants, spiders, camel crickets, fall invaders and mice, priced before any treatment.
Winchester Pest & Termite Control books termite inspections, liquid termite treatment and bait systems, along with work on mice and rats, stink bugs, spotted lanternflies, ants, carpenter ants and bees, cockroaches, bed bugs, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes and ticks, plus commercial plans. A local technician handles each job, and every service page lists warning signs, steps and estimated 2026 prices.

Begin with where the trouble shows up. Wings on a windowsill in April, mud tubes on a cellar wall or a soft porch post all point to the termite services: an inspection first, then liquid treatment or bait stations.
Indoor nuisances such as ants, spiders and camel crickets usually fit under general pest control. Seasonal invaders get pages of their own, because timing decides the outcome: stink bugs need sealing before September, and lanternflies are tackled at the egg-mass and nymph stages. Unsure? Describe what you see when you call.

Most service calls are scheduled the same day when a technician is free, and you approve the price before any work starts.
It depends on the house. Liquid termiticide creates a treated zone in the soil along the foundation, which suits many homes with reachable soil. Bait stations fit houses where drilling slabs or stone is awkward, and they need ongoing monitoring. The technician explains both, with prices, after the inspection.
Often. An inside-and-outside general treatment covers most crawling insects together, and add-ons such as a wasp nest or carpenter bee holes can be quoted the same day. Termites, bed bugs and rodent exclusion each need their own inspection and price.
Yes. Barns, sheds, detached garages, pole buildings and workshops are regular calls, mostly for mice, rats, wasps and spiders. Each added building changes the quote, so list them when you call and the technician will price them separately or as one job.
Wildlife isn't on the service list. Insects, spiders, ticks, mice and rats are covered, but raccoons, groundhogs, snakes and bats need a wildlife specialist. You'll be told so on the phone rather than having a visit booked that can't help.
