Someone answers, at any hour
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
Nothing to pay for being connected
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
You are connected to a licensed local contractor
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Winchester area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
You can ask to be connected to someone else
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
Where these commitments stop
To be plain: nothing here warrants or guarantees work performed by any contractor. They are independent, the agreement is yours with them, and the guarantee you can rely on is the one they put in writing.
